Pioneer Lodge is nestled on the edge of the Great Bear Rainforest in Terrace, British Columbia. This prestigious lodge's out of town location gives it a wilderness feel but with the convenience of a mere 10-12 minute drive to Terrace and 20 minute drive to the Terrace and Kitimat Regional Airport. It is a 20 minute drive to the chair lift at Shames Mountain Ski Hill. Set in 30 acres of forest it is conveniently close to Highway 16 West and has excellent cell phone coverage and good, free Wi-Fi. A free guest laundry in on site.There is ample free parking for vehicles and boats/trailers etc. ​
